They will be able to track and know your location 24/7. No matter where you go there is an electrical meter close by within a mile or two. Smart meters can read your chip if you are in that range. The smart meter sends your data to a cell tower. If the smart meter is not in range of a cell tower then it sends the data to a neighbor's smart meter and if need be to then another smart meter until it finds a smart meter that is communicating with a cell tower. You cannot run or hide as they will know where you are. . |
