from 8:14 to 8:17 the camera turns from one window to another and you can see the horizon go from convex to flat to concave back to flat back to convex. the window is curving the horizon, quite obviously.

Her is a video inside a MIG 29 taken with GO Pro cameras. And guess what? GoPro do not make fisheye lenses.

before 7 minutes 45 as OP stated, the side views near the wings which are filming as wide as any other angle, the horizon line is rather flat

then at the "magic" 7:45 it somehow appears that the same angle taken with the wing in view, all of a sudden, it is majorly CONCAVED

Sorry, I am being objective here and if these videos are supposed to be proof of an un-doctored look at the horizon from these plane, they fail. The U-2 has wing distortion and horizon inversion at the 8:17 mark, amongst other distortions before and after. And the Mig video, at 1:10, really? That camera may not do a fish eye lens, but is it looking thru one whether it is the window or something else.

This is simply untrue, all GoPros suffer from this effect and they even acknowlege it in GoPro Studio (the software that is supplied with the camera.
