I don't see the problem, judges and lawyers, prosecutor or defense have been subverting the constitution for a long time by jury selection...the very first time the people ever allowed the authorities to tell them who can sit on a jury and who cant was your chance to stop this crime..too late now this part of the constitution has long been dead

see that's the thing, it's not up to the authorities, it's up to the people, something all have forgotten for a very long time..jury nullification is real and constitutional..so if those in your community see fit to let drug dealers go that's their right and the authorities are bound to that choice not the other way around...unless of course you are allowed to manipulate juries to get the decision you want or BS them into disregarding the constitution and obeying your every command

If you get on a jury, you can derail the State from trying to railroad someone. There's nothing a judge can do to force a jury to vote for conviction.

The secret is not saying anything about believing in jury nullification while the prosecutor is screening jurors.

Then, when you are on a jury and the defendant is being charged with a law that violates the Constitution, you can bring it up privately in the deliberations. It takes all 12 to convict someone.

Unless you are on a military court, in which case it takes 2/3 of a jury to convict.

Depends on the state, but I thought wayward judges can be impeached. Even if they are Feral judges. Oops, I mean Federal.

again, this is part of the BS they feed the people, there is no law...the jury is the law..legislators can write laws to the hearts content..but everything they pass can be ignored by juries if the jury chooses, to tell jurors otherwise is a crime of the constitution

Using the judges' logic, you'd have to expand the members of a jury to includes at least one member of every nationality currently residing in the community/state or country.... A provision not included in the Constitution. 6 or 12 "sound" men including women pretty much covered the needs of a 'jury'. "Sound" having no relation to color, creed or religious belief, but of moral character.

Following the Constitution is so simple if you read it as written. The purpose of the document requires no translation as the US supreme court would have us believe. Every 'translation' has always gone to serve an agenda contrary to the original intent of what was written. They spout off to the Constitution and Bill of Right being a "living" document subject to interpretation of the times...but these documents stand on thier own merit for ALL time as written because of thier simplicity in understanding. The simple principles are clear and encompass every individual equally AS WRITTEN. We're being subjugated into believing we can't understand its principles without thier (judges') guiding hand and that's bullshit.

All across America white judges are excluding black people from setting juries 24/7, yet it doesn't seem to be a problem until it's done to whites. Sounds like you all have a problem with it working the other way.
