Or at least a link or Uncle intel.

I used my debit card to pay for my drugs.... The only place I used it..... Bank called me...had 2 charges and the bank shut down my card and reversed the charges...

Red flag goes up when on line and card is not used ... just the number....

Used my debit card at Walmart today too.
So after reading this thread, checked online.
All transactions are accurate and legit.

With many of these stores like Walmart and Target and other large chains - go to the ATM machine, withdraw cash and spend what you must. But keep your receipts and by spending cash, you cannot be ripped off after the fact by some greedy clerk selling debit and credit card numbers to thieves who pay pennies per name/number and make hundreds if not thousands on each of them!

This is only going to get worse as the economy continues to plummet.

Don't shop at Walmart and you will solve more than one problem.

I would watch it close for the next week. I used my card at walmart last week i'm watching my account since one of the persons that had used their card at the same store with fraud charges.

Which is exactly why cash is being phased out. I give the cash about 2 years...no matter who is pres.

I do not have any credit cards but I do have a Walmart Money Card.
I load it to spend it and leave it dangling at $4.00 after I spend what I load on it.

That way if it does get hacked hacker gets nothing and my card will be shut down.

I stopped using our bank debit card a long time ago over being hacked.
I have no intention of going back to the bank card.

I had one hacking on my Walmart Money Card and it got them nothing but trouble.
I reported to our local police investigator over it and the online store they hacked through.

The store stopped the shipment of the hacked goods and put the money back on my card.
I had not ordered from the store in a couple of years and the hacker went through breaking into my information by e-mail.

Yet the store did know me.
The customer service for my Walmart card fixed the problem fast.

All those involved that were not hackers fixed the problems the hacker caused. With one of my transactions not going through and getting a charge for it like bouncing a check or something.

Even they removed the fess and reset it back and got my sale pushed through.

By the store and all others I got the hackers address name and all.
They were turned in to the police.

I have had no trouble with the Walmart store or the Walmart Money card.
I like it and them as far as that goes especially their online shopping.
