As I've said many times..I don't think anyone should pursue Kundalini unless they have about 3-5 years to acclimate.

If you have responsibilities to a job, business, partner, children, family..or need to work to keep food and shelter..under no circumstances should it be pursued unless you feel like juggling those thing..while dealing with the forever life altering experience, few believe exist and will most likely lead to insanity.

I am very lucky I had the lifestyle I did to live through the process.

In that sense, it is not for managing pain in any way. It will make life more painful..because you will be alone with it and attempting to explain, will get you commited.

Jesus and exorcisms don't work either.

The worst part of going through it, was being alone with it. No one will understand what you're going through. Most people have never heard of Kundalini. I hadn't. I was just an avid meditator and visualizer because I was attempting to OBE. For real, like when you look down on your body. Which I never was successful at.

I got this instead and GLP. Looking for others that I could bounce my experience off to see if they knew too.

It's very lonely at times..yet you're not alone, because the energy is there.

I fully understand what you are saying. Although GLP is like a mind field to navigate when trying to find likeminded people to share and understand experiences of that nature.

I found my way here in September 2011. It was a different place then. More gentle and more full of wonder for the future.

Real wonder. The kind that children have, wondering after their future. That's how it felt to me.

Scientists transform water into shiny, golden metal

In a mind-mending experiment, scientists transformed purified water into metal for a few fleeting seconds, thus allowing the liquid to conduct electricity.

Unfiltered water can already conduct electricity — meaning negatively charged electrons can easily flow between its molecules — because unfiltered water contains salts, according to a statement about the new study. However, purified water contains only water molecules, whose outermost electrons remain bound to their designated atoms, and thus, they can't flow freely through the water.

Theoretically, if one applied enough pressure to pure water, the water molecules would squish together and their valence shells, the outermost ring of electrons surrounding each atom, would overlap. This would allow the electrons to flow freely between each molecule and would technically turn the water into a metal.

I was activated. Suddenly in January 2012. Whether accidental or not..doesn't matter.


10 year later I can tell anyone think about pursuing it that does not already experience it, do not approach Kundalini without being willing to lose everything. Many end up in institutions or dead.

It is so horrible and terrifying at times..and also so amazing beyond anything that words can describe.

It's both and with that comes the need for GREAT flexibly in belief systems, mental acumen, and financial and familial stability.
