I think you could claim your property (kids) fairy easy with an affidavit or declairation and record that at the county but this subject is a very complicated one to navigate. mainly, due to its nature and the implications of it all, there is lots of misinformation and disinformation.


the authentication process seems to be a good staring point for correcting ones status.
