I work with many varieties of 'retarded' people, and not one has a bowl cut, in fact the teenagers all have cool hairstyles.

Might also add, some were born that way, some are from accident injuries, some are from vax brain damage, and many are a lot smarter (in some ways) than a lot of people I know, and they are honest, very loving and caring.
