Quoting: Kootenai Kid Firstly, I'm a hunter. I'm white. Patriotic american born libertarian with a sovereign mindset. People should be able to as they wish if their activities don't infringe upon others. The second ammendment is the most critical right an american born american has on U.S. soil. I'm a hunter born to an american military family and son of a Korean war vet. I have used firearms since my .childhood BB gun. I've hunted and killed many a critter in my days. Humanely. Swiftly. As silently as possible. Often the animal didn't know i was there. Quick. Done. Ive shot coyotes myself. I've called them in and shot them when i had a sure shot. Quickly. One humane shot. I've never hunted with hounds. No desire to. I understand its a lifestyle coice and a commitment to your dogs and the woodsman culture of many hunters. I don't know how to train dogs or best methods. I think its cruel. To both the dogs and the prey. The quarry is terrified, fleeing for its life in absolute terror. Every other creature around is also terrified as those stupid hounds split the silence frightening anything within earshot. These guys in front of my house wounded a young coyote, cornered it duct taped its muzzle shut, then let their dogs kill it in the most horrific of ways. The looks on these hunters faces made me sick to my stomache; it was like porn for them. Cruelest thing I've personally witnessed. I wanted to kill them. I was a mere 15 paces from loaded firearms of my own. I think why it disturbed me so much is that same scene has played out in history repeatedly but instead of coyotes....people. This is all your fault, because you didnot report it to the local Humane society. So now theyare going to do it again, again and again, and that too is your fault ! ! ! |

People have been hunted like that. Let me tell you how cruel the Native Americans also tried to kill humanely then bless and thank the kill. I think 'hunters' like you describe should be given the same 'humane' treatment as they mete out, ducked taped and torn to bits. I respect humane hunters tho am vegetarian and loathe guns-I lived in a remote small town in Alaska and never needed one or wanted one,and no it wasn't in Anchorage(sarcasm) Even tho I am against hunting-thank you for being a 'conscious' being. |

Most people on earth would never do anything like that, yet you wish them to die for it. Most people on earth never kill anything more than mosquitoes or flies, and that is a fact. The wrongs most people do are petty sins, yet you would kill them for it? *** Good deeds bring rewards, bad actions bring troubles. That is a law of the universe. *** |

People have been hunted like that. Let me tell you how cruel the I see things like that when I lived in AL.....I was invited to go "hunting".....the local's idea of hunting was to space their drunk buddies in pickup trucks around a fire break , release dogs into the woodlot and shoot anything scared out onto the road....inevitable somebodies dogs are shot by day's end.... It was my last time I went hunting with these "sportsmen"... My idea of hunting is with a traditional bow stalking game in my mocs... |

People have been hunted like that. Let me tell you how cruel the That is the worst thing I have read in a while. The dogs they were allowing to kill a defenseless animal might well take those skills to kill something else for sport. We can all hope it will be their owners There are agencies to report this to and I recommend it The bible says it is okay to kill an animal to eat but it must be done quickly and with as little pain as possible. I am sorry you witnessed this. Pray to God to eliminate the memory and nightmares Maybe visit the local shelter and see how you can help out. There are many animals in misery. |

People have been hunted like that. Let me tell you how cruel the Here in Oakland co, mi, we have a huge coyote" problem"... Up until a few months ago i had a attitude about them. Last mo or so ive been having dreams more like visions i wont go into it here as i don't wana get slamed etc. anyway two were of coyotes and wolves ... ill just tell one my first... it was of a yote , begging like a dog, which it is, i realize now, anyway he had tears running down his face... i FELT him ya know?... Evrything has a right to live , hell they need to eat , and if my neighbors wanta raise food for them like chickens etc, well ya get what ya get... Id have lost it myself if i saw them doing this, im just that way i go nutz sometimes.. it wouldn't have been good .. im sorry you had to experience the horror of mankind... so very sorry.. anyway now when i here them howling across the street oor next door instead of shooting off a rifle or fireworks i just listen to em... my pupu goes nuts but oh well.... now if they cross the line.. and what is that, i don't know .... i just don't know but they sound so beatifull , now.. sorry for my spelling but man i feel ya !! omg that would've been so messed up to see that! |

When they become a threat to my chickens or pets. I didn't want to kill those guys for killing a coyote. Nor for hunting a coyote. Nor for owning or using hunting dogs to hunt. They had landowner permission and all the legal right to be there. It was the cruelty. The evil. I wanted to kill them because it displayed their true heart in the expressions on their faces. Any human that could take that kind of bloodlust glee in watching a terrified living creature ripped to shreds could take the same glee in ythe torture and killing with dogs, a human being, and that its happened many many times. People like that...evoke a response in me that is also emotionless and automatic. They are a disease that needs to be rubbed out in Spock like logical coldness, quickly and humanely removed from participating in existance. |

The coyotes death was more humane than putting someone in prison for decades for drugs, gambling and prostitution. |
