The Turkish government has summoned the German ambassador to information obtained by SPIEGEL ONLINE. He had to justify for a satire of post NDR apparently. He is not the only one who would collect the wrath of power.

Because of a satirical NDR contribution the Turkish foreign ministry has summoned the German Ambassador Martin Erdmann to information obtained by SPIEGEL ONLINE. The diplomat had to be justified in a lengthy discussion last Tuesday accordingly. This was obviously not a kind invitation by partners, such as in cases of disagreement among diplomats initially usual, but a formal summons.

In the interview concerned an almost two minute satire of the show "Extra 3" of 17 March, a song titled "Erdowie, Erdowo, Erdogan" on the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The show, which otherwise regularly runs on NDR television, aired this evening on ARD.

The text says, for example: "He lives the high life, the boss from Bosporus". In addition, the recent attacks on press freedom in Turkey will be discussed. So it is said: "A journalist who wrote anything that Erdogan does not fit, is already in jail tomorrow."



today i read about that Mr.Erdogan wants to shut down the internet and send europe 3 million invaders!
