Roe v. Wade is just a bunch of words. You know, at one time the Supreme Court also allowed slavery. There is a higher law. And in any case, Roe v. Wade never proved that the fetus is not a person. The burden of proof rests with the one wishing to kill. There are only four logical possibilies:

1. The fetus is a person, and we know that.

2. The fetus is a person, but we don't know that.

3. The fetus is not a person, but we don't know that.

4. The fetus is not a person, and we know that.

What is abortion in each of these cases?

1. Murder.

2. Manslaughter.

3. Criminal Negligence.

4. Morally and Legally Permissible.

The Supreme Court (in Roe v. Wade) never proved 4.

The burden of proof rests with the pro-aborts, with the ones wishing to kill the fetus. It is they who must PROVE that the unborn entity is NOT a human person before they can be justified in killing it.

Care to address the other part of my post? Like the foster care systems and it's issues with molestation? How about address why abortion is not OK, but trying to get help for you child isn't as well?

Abortions should be monitored, but not regulated. Some monsters use it as a form of birth control. My OBGYN once told me decades ago that the average middle class college educated women 25 year old has already had three abortions. That's disgusting.

Every women should be aloud one termination no questions, but with some sort of counseling for an hour to be sure of the choices. After that I believe counseling should be required, but it can't delay the procedure. If you are only late by days, it's called a menstrual extraction, since it's not a sure thing you are actually pregnant until the 6th week.

More Men need to get tied up younger and receive counseling about fertility as well.

They are now regulating our Health Care, and FORCING everyone to pay for abortions. Now THAT is even more disgusting.

Our country is literally disintegrating before our very eyes, and the source of the problem is that we have given God the finger and embraced Lawlessness. The disintegration started in full force when the Country made Murder legal in 1972. Those of us who lived in the golden age of the 1950's and 60's realized what was happening then and we sensed the spiritual earthquake that was taking place. 1972 was the year we took the plunge and the country has gone to shit ever since. It could be reversed in an instant with courage and the right leadership.
