How did they remove it and if it was even an it to be removed then it wasn't nothing. Was it an abcess? Oral surgeon. It was like a knot protruding on the inside lower left side of the corner of my mouth. |

I'm a caregiver not only for my mom who is fighting colon cancer but for my aunt who is handicapped, disabled and legally blind. My psychiatrist told me that often caregivers die long before the person they are providing care for because the stress causes their immune system to freak out and fight against their own body so all kinds of dormant crap can become exacerbated. |

Visibly the skin inside my cheek is distended and swollen and very red and if you touch the outside of my face you can feel a hard, firm lumpy mass inside of the lining. It's NOT a pimple or an ulcer. This is an actual growth and could even be a tumor. The best case scenario is its an abcess which can be life threatening as the infection can spread incredibly fast. I'm at the doctor now waiting to be seen. Please pray for me. This seriously cannot be happening. Quoting: Publican I bet you have an ingrown hair that has become an abscess. It was kinda scary, so went to a dermatologist who said it was harmless, called it lichen plantis, common to people in their 50s. I hope that's all you have, which would be very good news. |
