Anonymous Coward User ID: 71594995 United States 05/29/2016 04:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | remember when you had a good day? you probably didnt think about food or drink that day. seeing food/drink as your source of happiness is the problem Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72269884 I think there is some truth in this. When you are bored and lacking direction, food is the answer for a lot of people. When you are engaged and active in a happy pursuit, hunger does not seem to arise as often. But when you are bored and depressed, hunger seems like your best friend, never leaving your side. I wonder if consuming food causes our body to age. We have to consume life to live, but in that consumption of life, we age ourselves. The greater the amount of life we ingest, the shorter our time in this reality is. Life is life, whether it is meat or plant. There is no distinction. |

Food grown close to the place you live have develop with close to the same amounts on sunlight and in the same season that what you require, you end up eating less and being more satisfied. You can also, for long periods of time live without food, and even gather energy from the sun. Complex to do for most on modern society. If you are a hermit and live immersed in nature (a forest for example) and interact less with others your energetic convolution will be minimal. The ebb and flow easier to manage. This is not a requirement, living & interacting among highly energetic, healthy and calm minded individuals is an exception. Energy equalizes among the participants, a natural environment takes a big weight of it. Do sungazing, first minutes at dawn and dusk. While the colors are changing, it at-tune you. Anonymous Coward User ID: 65196622 United States 05/30/2016 02:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yeah, for the last two years or so I believed in Breatharianism. I fasted for 30 days on nothing but water, felt awesome... then started eating again out of social pressure. A month or two later I started on a 30 day oranges only fast and felt great... I should have kept going but my resources ran out, that is literally the only reason why I stopped. I was on my own at Job Corps at the time and it was almost impossible to avoid, getting paid $25 every two weeks. Then I began to eat what they fed us, meat, just a little, and over the course of a few days it totally wrecked my health... my face developed permanent acne. Then I just... gave up, completely and for 6 months ate whatever I could get my hands on, I didn't care. I pushed my body to its limits of abusing it. In honesty, I think this belief brings more harm than good. One thing to point out is that when I first found out about Breatharianism is the same point at which I gave up on life. Breatharianism became the ideal, an life better than the one I had. FYI I lost everything (i.e. ruined my health) and am working hard to regain it. Be very, very careful if you attempt it. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 65196622 United States 05/30/2016 02:33 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I mean when I first heard about Breatharianism via Jericho Sunfire, "Why Do We Eat" it was at a time in my life where there was a food shortage and I wasn't being fed properly... so "pure" became my ideal. I gave up on wanting to eat. In life we have the choice to choose between greater evils an lesser evils. so I'm back to eating a variety raw foods in the hope that it brings me back to life. It is actually quite sad, once you lose something you will do nearly anything to regain it... but it seems like once lost it cannot be restored. We'll see. My best advice to you is to simply maintain what you have. |

The more raw food you consume, the more your body becomes pure and healthy.
