A surgery-obsessed man has splashed out £21,000 on cosmetic procedures in a bid to look like the Kardashian sisters - and it has all been funded by sugar daddies.

James Holt has spent £10,000 on his lips alone – with 30ml of filler currently in his pillowed pout - in a bid to look like Khloe and Kylie.

The 22-year-old, from Bury, has also forked out £3,000 on Botox, £2,000 on cheek filler, filler under his eyes, and filler on his jawline and even said he is willing to have six ribs removed to achieve his ideal hourglass shape.

Now, five years after his first procedure, James has transformed from an unremarkable teenager to a head-turning doll-lookalike....
