Rhodes is awesome! I was there 20 years ago. You can walk through the Palace of the Grand Masters (Knights of St. John); within a larger preserved, medieval town. I saw a scorpion on the cobblestone street. Thought I was in a remake of Clash of the Titans. Great weather, too.
