Mix for about 15 seconds or until everything is well combined and evenly processed. Place the chicken in a medium bowl, and pour the marinade over top. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, or overnight (ideally overnight if you can!) Preheat grill for high heat. Lightly oil grill grate. Cook chicken on the prepared grill until juices run clear. Its great Sounds great, but we just feel like jerk chicken, it's been a few years and the last time kind of wasn't up to par, and that was a goggle recipe... I have better hopes for my glp friends... and 'asap', don't worry, share those great recipes! I have some time yet... |
