Yeah they had some extra clauses when new management bought the park. I thought about moving it prior but would have been a pain in the ass anyway.

OP, it is going to be bittersweet in the beginning, but in the long-term, you will not hurt as bad as all those wealthy in value-less dollars, and useless gadgets.

For no other reason than to see the sheer fear of death on the faces of those who are landlords who have been getting away with what is basically legal exploitation and theft for years.

I have friends who are landlords.
I love them.

But if it all rules broke down and the people who they have been exploiting for rent for years hung them from trees - i would understand.

Haha nope but the place is a train wreck because old trailers were made from scrap, they have their hands full now.

I never wanted much and am in the process of becoming independent from the system.

The new owners are raising rents in the park for the second time since buying it only a few months ago. Lot rent is a scam when there's no increased cost.
