Re: "Unforgivable sin"
Sinning against the Holy spirit is a sin that put's you "in danger". "In Danger", is a bit different from "unforgivable", unless I read something wrong or missed a sentence.

The only absolutely unforgivable sin, is harming a child/Christian child.

Never mind, I stand corrected. Need to study Mark more, as there is a difference between Mark and Matthew in this regard.

Does unforgivable mean you will never ever be forgiven or does it simply mean you can't be forgiven without first being punished like they're 100% be a punishment

You truly should respect the Holy Spirit, to be blessed with it's presence is truly electrical.

Re: "Unforgivable sin"
To blaspheme the Holy Spirit, according to our Holy Father, “does not properly consist in offending against the Holy Spirit in words; it consists rather in the refusal to accept the salvation which God offers to man through the Holy Spirit, working through the power of the cross” (#46). Such blasphemy is to reject the Holy Spirit, to refuse radically to recognize sin and repent of it, and to block the healing and forgiveness offered by the Lord. So the sin is not unforgivable because of its seriousness, but because the sinner lacks the proper disposition to seek forgiveness and thereby to be forgiven. As St. Thomas Aquinas said, “…It excludes the elements through which the forgiveness of sin takes place.” How can the Lord forgive us and reconcile us to a sharing in His life if we refuse to recognize the sin as a sin and to say, “Please forgive me, Lord, for I have sinned against you and my neighbor”? This “hardness of heart” leads to a sustained and firm rejection of the love and mercy of God, which in turn leads to damnation.

Everyone has a different interpretation of that damn book. Whats to say yours is right and another is wrong.

This is my problem with so called "holy books", You cant take them literally or figuratively without running into philosophical problems.

If everyone has a different interpretation than none of the interpretations are right.

I don't have to research something non existent. Let me rephrase....

Does some sort of higher consciousness exist like a supreme spirit or creative force? Most likely

Will it get offended and torment me for eternity if I call it names? Ha, no.

You can thank the Protestant reformation for that. For the first 1500 years of the church we only had the authority of the Catholic church to interpret scripture. After protestants broke away from the church and developed the doctrine of sola scriptura, every new Christian denomination began teaching different things. Today we have many different denominations that interpret scripture differently, but there's only one way it was meant to be interpreted. Anyway I hope I answered your original question. What makes more sense to you, calling the Holy Spirit a silly name or completely rejecting God's mercy? I think the answer is obvious.
