19 days into a 40 day water only fast.

2). When do the hunger pains go away?
3). Any metaphysical gifts acquired yet? (Can you see auras ect...)

Why didn't you do a dry fast? Same benefits in 1/3 the time.

How much weight have you lost?

pray day and night during your fast and

It is very important that when you come off the fast you take liquid food like soup or veg juice.

There was this prisoner who went on hunger strike, the guard felt sorry for him as he was just skin and bones so he through a big juicy stake into his cell.

The prisoner wolfed it down and then started vomiting blood...he died because the blood rushed to his stomach.

That's amazing. I hope you don't push yourself if 40 days becomes too much. You've already done what most of us can't do.

Mainly because if OP MAKES it to 40.....op will claim he beat up satan.

40 days is long

The whole 30 is much better to loose weight. Your body can handle this for your entire life. I have done many fast and your body will fight back the weight lose. You will regain the weight. On the whole 30 you are never hungry. After about 15 days your mind starts to clear. Costco sells the 2 books. I don't make any money on it. I just want everybody to be happy with their health and looks.

Yeah my energy levels are great i drink a ton of mineral water as well as regular water. Get great sleep every night. After the first 3 days the hunger went away and the cravings continued but now the cravings for crap food are gone and im craving salad and chicken and fruit for sure. I exert my energy pretty quick so i dont do anything labor intensive. Ive lost 30 lbs and i feel amazing.

Why 40 days?

When i hit 30 im gonna go to a doctor to check vitals. If im still good to go i will continue. If not ill end it. Its important to listen to your body while fasting.

I did a 30 day last year and i was pretty spent by day 30 so i wanted to see if i could do 40 this time. The Jesus fast. Not to be like Jesus but in honor and rememberance of him.

Energy levels are great, hunger goes after day 2 or 3 then its just cravings.
Overall i feel a closeness to god. Im not in a rush anymore, i take my time and enjoy the enviroment around me. Life is good, god is good and when im done with this im going to try and keep focus on whats important in life.

30 lbs. so far. Ill be at 40-45 by day 30 and 50 + if i get to 40

Thanks for the advise. Yes im aware that coming off a fast has to be done slowly. I will start with bone broth soup for the 1st day or so then graduate into easily digested fruits like grapes then salad then introduce protien after 5-7 days.

Yes but its not pleasant. Mostly the runs maybe once every few days. Then dry up for a week and then it starts again. Im expelling all the crap out of my digestive system. All the stuff we shouldn't eat

Op, i just ate lunch, in a restaurant that i just built; fresh hamburger patty medium rare, some sort of sauce, with pickled oninions, fresh handcut fries with seasqlt, and a spinach salad with bacon, strawberries, 0pine nuts, blue cheese, and some other shit.
The sauce on the burger is made by a sous chef cant remeber what its called

Tonight ima have a steak with a whiskey pepper red wine and bacon reduction sauce, Garlic mash taters, cauliflour baked in olive oil with spices and garlic, a 2010 california red Zinfandel ,and some Boudine sourdough French bread from the city and then maybe a glass of port and some cheesecake with some rasberry sauce and heavy whip cream!
