Im sorry to hear about your aunt but she must have done something wrong putting herself into starvation mode would have that effect on the body. But fasting has the reverse effect.

After 2-3 days your body goes into could ketosis. Once that happens your digestive system shuts down and all of the energy that is normally used for digesting food is rerouted to healing your body. People use it to help them with the side effects of chemotherapy. It is also in every major religion around the world. Most people don't practice fasting any more because it is very difficult. When your body goes into could ketosis it is basically living off of your stored fat cells for energy. Thats why you lose the weight.

No he's not, you idiot...I did 30 days myself, only water with stinging battle powder and a few vitamins...did fine..I quit smoking ciggs and got off pharma drugs during this time too, all with a chronic illness and in a lot of pain. It did wonders for me. I need to fast again...after the first few days, it's easy..the hunger pains stop after three days...it's the detox headache that sucks the most, even tho it's really helping your body...after the second day I get that awful headache...it means your body is releasing a lot of toxins...thanks for inspiring me...I'm gonna plan a fast myself now.

Yeah the Detox sucks. The first 5 day fast i ever did i thought i was gonna die. But i got through it and the detoxs get way easier because there is not as much to get out of your system.

My father died young and the men in my family have a history of that so i mainly fast for the health benifits. The weight loss is nice but i look like an etheopian until i put some mass back on

Good for you man. I woke up this morning and cooked my 3 kids an amazing breakfast. Then I made my wife something special and gave her breakfast in bed. Then we Fucked the shit out of eachother for about an hour while the kids were playing.

Ya know what...I didn't think about food once. Other than what i would prepare for my family that is. At the end of the day I would rather have my breakfast than your lunch and dinner anyday. Enjoy the burger bro.

That is what I am saying! When you deprive your body of food for that long, your body begins to eat muscle once the fat is gone. This is known as RHABDOMYOLYSIS. A protein is produced that poisons your blood called myoglobin which clogs your kidneys and can put you into RENAL FAILURE. OP already said he goes to the gym and isn't fat so I am pretty sure he is dead.

She got a condition called Rhabdomyolysis where her body began to break down muscle after all the fat is gone. The protein produced during that process is called MYOGLOBIN which builds up in your system poisoning you by clogging up your kidneys. I was in the Army and had it.

That's why you never fall to a low body fat percentage. A lot of competetive body builders allow fats, carbs and oils to bring the body back to safe levels in the off-season. Makes sense. I love physical training myself, but I'm scared to dip below a certain body fat percentage

Not dead guys. lol. some funny shit to read a few years later though. honestly for some reason I got booted off Godlike and lost interest in it. I ended that fast at about 31 days. I was losing too much weight and I didn't want to do any harm. its been 2 years and I am still alive and have done quite a few fasts since then. So please don't believe the dumbass trolls in the room with horror stories about their great grandma's aunt who once had trouble with fasting. its either a troll or whoever was fasting was not doing it right. people try to mess with the formula all the time. its real simple. WATER. that's it. I use mineral water and I get vitamins from that. I have a blood pressure machine that helps me take vitals. Please don't Fast to lose weight. go on jenny craig or some shit for that. Fast to heal your body. Fast to detox your body. Fast to feel the spirit take over. It really is amazing and done properly can heal all sorts of illness. if there are any other questions ill be back in 2 years. lol.
