Does anyone know a good place to move to?

I live in a sanctuary city in the Northeast, and it's been over five years since I've had a steady decent job. I hate this place... there is no work, and I am surrounded by blacks and browns, often babbling in mangled English or just speaking Spanish outright. There are so openly mean and hostile it's unbelievable. BTW, this is New England, not some border state.

I would like to move to an area with more economic opportunities (I do mostly office work), and very few to none black or Hispanics. Preferably, it would be a warmer climate, but it doesn't necessarily have to be. Does anyone have any suggestions about good places to move to in the US?
