Unexplainable vision by son and wife, 18 years ago! What was this?

Wife was not afraid. How could 2 people see the same exact thing that wasn't real?

If it's true we live in a virtual reality - maybe the system was running slow creating that for them.

Shimmering - yes. My boot had ice on it and slipped off the brake pedal while I was preparing to back up out of a parking spot at the gas station. Another car was coming and the back of my car appeared shimmery and this is going to sound nuts but the other car appeared to pass right through the very end of my backing up car.

Interesting....I think there is a whole lot about the nature of our reality that we have not been told!

they both saw a ribbon of land folding up and coming toward them.

She said the mountains in the background were shimmering and appeared to be crumbling and coming down.

Can you describe it better? I'm not getting a clear picture of what they saw.

Are there mountains in your area? or were the mountains part of the vision?

Yes, mountains in the background is where we live. The land was folding, just like a tsunami wave coming toward them.

One time, I was pulling out of a non busy shopping center parking lot. A dead end part with two stores. Suddenly the cars in the other lane of the parking lot that I had to yield to was a long caravan of car after car after car that didnt end. Usually it would be zero cars or two or three, but this time, it was a endless line, hundreds coming out of Office depot and it kept replicating . it was crazy, I had to gun it to get out of there.

Sounds like the time I went to a Padres vs. Cubs game in San Diego. Took me an hour and a half to get out of the parking lot! Gaaahhhhhhhhhhh!

FWIW it's my understanding that things are done to prevent you from meeting up with an accident IF you happen to have a job to do and it would mess up your plans. My guess is you are an abductee or had one in the car as a passenger.

Last night i had a similar dream where i was in the mountains, high above the ground...and the mountain had a lake inside it. suddenly black clouds started to form, a big storm came and the quiet little lake turned into some sort of a behemoth of a wave coming towards me and my friends. I could feel the coldness of the wave coming towards me and the earth trembling underneath me and when i looked down water was already up near my knees. I can't quite remember if I got washed away because as the wave approached my dream took a weird turn and i ended up in some sort of burial ground with a lot of hooded figures near me that were digging for some sort thing inside a grave.

I have to mention the fact that the dream i had happened somewhere in Italy, I think i heard Etna in my dream. I have never been to Italy tho.

I was driving on a 2 lane highway and a friend was in the passenger seat. A car came to the right of us and we should have been in a terrible accident. Out of no where another lane appeared and we drove on and the car never touched us. She told me never to talk about it again. I believe anything.

Another thing that happened, I am willing to share is that I once thoroughly commited suicide, What I did to my body, I should have died, but eyewitnesses said, something entered my body, reanimated me, chatted with the people taking me to the hospital and it was watching to see if I made it to the hospital , then I collapsed when I got there and whatever reanimated me left when it knew I was going to be saved.

But that has nothing to do with what I wrote.

OP, I believe we live in a level of simulation, but how much so, I cant say, We cant risk our lives of course or throw caution to the wind, but we can tentively believe that we have a higher purpose here.

In graphics speak, its called rendering, Once your presence is picked up, things can be rendered and filled in based on your observance of it, Some renderings come out faulty
