Full of shitty, angry, ugly, fat queers (not good/fun ones, have lived in San Fran/Seattle), asswipe leech muslims/mexis and the highest concentration of bare bottom RV-living-with-an-infant-while-meth-addicted white trash I have ever seen. On top of that the housing prices are ungodly and you won't see the sun for months in that moldy-ass shit pit.

Why any human being would live there is beyond me. I moved out months after moving in.
