As I foretold last week, a fridge is being blamed. The police, of course, are gleefully blaming it on a British-made fridge, a Hotpoint FF175BP, which allegedly caught fire in a flat on the 5th floor.. The media are lapping up the police’s silly fridge story.. Some of the smarter journalists, smart at any rate by comparison to the rest of their profession, are querying why Hotpoint are not recalling all the 60,000 or so FF175BP fridge-freezers out there. The answer is obvious – there never was a problem with the fridge, thus there is no need for a recall..

Yeah...the refridgerator blew up and started the fire...that was an opinion too.

Don't know anything about the source, could well be BS. But clearly, there is a lot going on here that is not being told by the "authorities". For example, we have millions of refrigerators in the US. Britain no doubt has millions more. When was the last time you heard of one blowing up and catching an entire apartment tower on fire? I never have. Has to be some explanation? Right?

As to other statements by the so-called "authorities", how about that death toll? Seventy-nine dead. Never mind that about 400 just went missing coincidently, right? I suppose they all decided to go on vacation on that same day without letting anyone know.

The source of this story may be a nutter, and the story BS, but it rings a lot truer that what the authorities are peddling.

I didn't hear or see any explosion while watching the Grenfell fire, but I live about quarter to a half a mile away so may not have heard an explosion. Locals reported hearing an explosion. The sound of traffic, sirens, helicopters.. even some girls screaming loudly made it confusing. At a council meeting last night there were suspicions raised about how the fire started, with residents simply not believing the explanations, me included. 3 women told me they reckon 500 died, with 327 missing presumed dead, with another 150 to 200 visitors to celebrate the ending of Ramadan. A friend told me a lot of his friends phones are not answering, he reckons at least 200 dead. At least we've been told we're getting sprinklers fitted this year. Pray for those poor souls..

Hes right, especially with uk safety regulations that all electrical installation's must be fitted with RCB's & MCB'S to knock out the supply in case of electrical fault.
