"There was a man who could create what could not be imagined. A temple so great you questioned if it was built with human hands. A man who built an idea into the greatest force the world has ever known. A world built from a single word. I care not for the folly of man but for the end of human contention." |

This is just the first of California's Nuremberg Laws for Christians. No doubt many others will follow. Quoting: LoneStarRising ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- California can now start jailing people that refuse to use the preferred gender pronouns of nursing home residents after Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown signed the bill Thursday. The law’s effect is limited to nursing homes and other long-term care facilities, but mandates that those who “willfully and repeatedly” refuse “to use a transgender resident’s preferred name or pronouns” can be slapped with a $1,000 fine and up to one year in prison, according to the California Heath and Safety code. Known as the “LGBT Senior Bill Of Rights,” the legislation also requires nursing homes and care facilities to allow residents to use the bathroom of their choice, regardless of biological sex. The bill’s author, state Sen. Scott Weiner, argues that religious views don’t hold weight in public areas. [link to dailycaller.com] YEAH well California can go and fuck it's self. Fucking little left wing dictating shit of a state that thinks its the Savior of the western world. FUCK OFF DRY UP AND DIE. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 74841941 United States 10/07/2017 09:13 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Is there going to be some notarized register of each person's preferred gender pronoun? In American constitutional law, a statute is void for vagueness and unenforceable if it is too vague for the average citizen to understand. There are several reasons a statute may be considered vague; in general, a statute might be called void for vagueness reasons when an average citizen cannot generally determine what persons are regulated, what conduct is prohibited, or what punishment may be imposed. Criminal laws which do not state explicitly and definitely what conduct is punishable for example are void for vagueness. A statute is also void for vagueness if a legislature's delegation of authority to judges and/or administrators is so extensive that it would lead to arbitrary prosecutions.[1] Related to the "void for vagueness" concept is the "unconstitutional vagueness" concept (see below). Pagans won't believe this probably, but I am an old witch. A long time ago, the Wiccans could be quite particular about the magickal balance of male/female energies in circle. No one had anything against lgtb, but no one knew what to do with them when it came time for magical rites. Finally it was decided the 3rd degrees would determine their energies and then if they could be balanced, they'd be allowed in, vrs being sidelined. I usually find them a curious mix of energy, and often it is negative. I have only personally known 3 though. Thankfully none pagan so it never came up! Today, most pagans welcome them and this isn't really considered. Times change! |
