I do sun gaze in early morning for 20 minutes. Actually it is the most beneficial red light early in morning(sunrise to about 11am) and before sunset.

The most receptive parts of your body are the high collagen areas, toe nails, finger nails, face & eyes. Yes, it was just recently discovered your eyes have receptors. I am sure this runs contrary to the current thought on your eyes needing sunglasses all the time otherwise you will get cataracts.

Most health nuts/biohackers wear blue blocking glasses at night & no sunglasses during day.

The cool thing about Dr. Jack Kruse is that he goes so deep into the root cause to the cell level. Mind you, I often will listen to him about 3 times for some of the concepts to sink in and I am well educated but not in science.

I have been at this seriously about 15 years but my mother & grandmother were health nuts as well. And I do have some generational knowledge as well knowledge that is ingrained.

The more deeper my knowledge & understanding, the simpler my choices become. I don't see this as limiting rather as freeing. For example, in a grocery store 90% of the store I ignore. So a smaller store that is health conscious has many more choices for me.

Carina24, I've tried sungazing before, but just got up to a few minutes before I lost the discipline to continue (I tend to be a bit scattered in my interests, unfortunately). Sounds like I need to refocus. I have always had difficulty forming routines.

If someone can explain the biology, it helps me a lot. I work in biological research and am always amazed at how other scientists block out these deeper layers of knowledge, even when they would understand them better than me. (chemistry/biochemistry are not my strengths). When I pointed out to several fellow researchers what the byproducts of sugar metabolism were, they knew them already but failed to see why it was relevant to their health. Amazing and dumbfounding. So I guess I can understand your SHOUTING IN A CAVE comment.

Serrapeptase, the second gift of the silkworm. Get some

Serrapeptase, technically called Serratio Peptidase, is a proteolytic enzyme, which means that it chops up or digests protein. Must be taken on EMPTY stomach

Thank you, Kirk. Some is already on the way and I will follow your advice on when to take it. Do you have any idea how long it will take to feel results? I am so tired of being largely immobile.
