I am glad you are pleased with my efforts.
I do not 'dry brush'. It is not required.
I do not take copper supplements but I do take lugol's solution 7%, a few drops in a glass of water once in a while.
Less than a week actually, but you can take that 2 times a week. Lugol's solution is iodine and potassium iodide dissolved in distilled water. The body needs both forms of iodine. This is related to the lymphatic system but I do not know in what way.

natural sea salt (celtic sea salt) is also good, as salt is required for the proper water balance of the body.
Say 1/4th of a teaspoon or perhaps less in a glass of water.
Sodium must be in balance with Potassium, which is found in all fruits and vegetables. So people who have high blood pressure can just raise their fruits and vegetables intake to lower it to normal levels.

The inclination is most important. Apart from that we are talking about perhaps ginger and spices but MOST importantly, about vacular health. I think only bad fats (trans fats, AND overheated plant fats) and virus infections or acidosis (too much acidic PH in the body) are the real dangers to vascular health. Plant fats can't handle heat properly except coconut oil, and to a far lesser extent olive oil. I wouldnt cook with olive oil but use it unheated. Animal fats can handle heat without issues, like ghee (butter oil/fat).
Coconut oil and Ghee are very healthy and are the best for cooking since they can handle heat so well. Do NOT use regular butter which burns (turns brown) due to proteins.

I think healing of the veins and arteries might lead to better circulation because if they are damaged it creates extra 'drag'. Imagine riding on a mountainbike on an uneven road, compared to a race-bicycle riding on smooth tiles or on a smooth highway. The friction is very noticeable.
It is also due to the friction that plaque forms.
But thats a long story. Ginger, Garlic and Lemon or Lime are said to be able to cleanse the vascular system.
But cleansing is NOT healing. Healing the human body is quite hard. Most healing of the human body is basically running on stored energy, and this healing is the bare minimum like the body is in survival mode and rationing the healing process to the most minimal healing possible to extend life.

The key to true healing is not found in what we understand to be matter. It is found in what we consider to be energy.
