How to avoid getting sick 100% works!

Been taking 5-8g of buffered ascorbic acid for 5 years. Since then no illness except minor headaches. No colds, flu, nothing.

Dogs don't get sick b/c they produce their own vit C, we don't. God was sloppy with us humans and fruit bats.

To the OP that said not wearing pants in winter...

I advised my neighbour to do so as a little joke, and he just came from the hospital with no legs left, as they got chopped off by the doctor.

You know why?
The doctor said the legs were frozen and black, which is likely to happen with 30 degrees C minus and no pants on.
