I'm not sure it is possibly to have both? The blue eyes evolve in the dark environment, better for seeing in low light matching white skin, whereas brown eyes are better for seeing in sunny, bright environments matching dark skin.

White people are not "white" to begin with. Our skin is translucent in order that we can absorb the sun's rays and convert it to vitamin D. The translucent nature evolved so that white people could live in an environment that has a majority of days where there is a could cover. One of the cloudiest places on earth is England.
