Not doctor prescribed but over the counter testosterone boosters which I thought could have caused it. Tribulus Terrestris, DHEA, Zinc are the ones I remember.

It was luck that I found out I had PC because I theorized on my own that I had low testosterone and had it tested at a doctor and I did, that's also when they found a PSA of 17 and lead me to finding out I had PC.

Sorry to hear that. I'm also 35. Life is short and unpredictable. I would've never predicted getting a mental illness a few years back, but that happened and now I live with it. Eat a handful of pumpkin seeds a day. you can find them at any grocery store. Not roasted, but raw no salt.

Bingo! That and Fast Foods will kill you every time. Suggest cutting out all sugar, fried foods, sodas. And, pre made foods. Start with fruits, vegetables, blueberries. I used to have prostate problems at around your age. I started eating a lot of Tomatoes. Fried tomatoes for Breakfast, Lunches and dinners had tomato products. Juice, Sauce, etc.
Within a few months the problem disappeared and I made tomatoes a permanent part of my daily consumption. I am now 63. Problem never returned.

I did read someplace that Catholic Priests do have a higher rate of prostate cancer, and it was thought it could be due to inactivity of the prostate.
