Go to namecheap and register a domain name for around $8. Search the net for a coupon code first and save a little.

Go to hostgator and get a baby account ($10 per month). Hostgator will give you nameserver addresses.

Go back to namecheap and point your domain name at the nameserver addresses.

Load your website via FTP (get a free FTP called FileZilla)
to your hostgator account.

Unless you build your web pages yourself, you will have to pay someone to do it (this could cost you a bit though).
