I read the whole article but I don’t understand who Lows victims are, or what in the hell did he do that was unethical, were is the fraud , who did he steal money from were are the complaints....? This whole thing Sounds like it would make a great movie .... But I cannot see any crime in anything leabardo did nor any crime at all from anyone.... if I missed it please explain it to me...so he Low spent obsene amonts of money gave lavish gifts but I cannot see any victims , WHO ARE THE VICTIMS ????????

Sounds like the power brokers of Hollywood land don’t like this guy Low and uses their friends in the justice dept to make a case.... Again I ask who were the victims. Perverted power hungry Hollywood bigs????? Fungoo to them.... Hell unless victims are named which they aren’t were is the crime... The man made the movie hired the best to work it and the wolf made 400 million so if he spent 200 million promoting he came thru and made a profit and entertained millions of people with a great film... the guy who was the real wolf says to his wife no one spends their hard earned money like that guy... That guy the real wolf is not even on the same level as this man Low what does he know... in the end the freaking movie made half a billion dollars.... That turd who the movie is about has no idea what a half a billion looks like... naw show me the victims....

The complaint comes from the Malaysian government. It says so at the beginning. "with money illicitly obtained via myriad financial structures from Malaysia’s sovereign wealth fund, 1MDB"

The Wolf of Wall Street was like a porn video. Disappointed in Scorsese and DiCaprio. 'Silence', however, was an amazing film. Our world is insane. The Lord is coming soon.

The thing about Wolf of Wall Street is that even though from this article it seemed like producers didn’t care about the profits of the movie, DiCaprio wanted it to be a profit. So he made the movie entertaining. That’s what it was. It’s a movie more entertaining than it was unflinching. There is a way to show all the debauchery without making it look fun and truthful but the movie was enjoying itself. That’s a problem. Intentions behind filmmakers are not good. They are not coming from a place of truthfulness. They are treating this movie as fun.

But the movie followed the same thing Goodfellas did. Doing bad things, until things gets so bat sh$& crazy that it blows in the protagonist’s face. The scene where his second wife demands a divorce isn’t fun or hilarious. And you do realize he does get caught?

There is a sense of dread in Goodfellas....the protagonist doesn't know when he is gonna get killed even from his own team mates..even when he is coked up you see his wife being doubtful of his cheating.. what addictions should be portrayed like.. I get that this guy's economic status is much higher than that of the protagonist in Goodfellas..so he get all the yachts and stuff...the hard work needed to close deals in this movie should be the mobster danger equivalent from Goodfellas...the same way how viable it is for protagonist to get killed in Goodfellas...is it dangerous for protagonist in wolf to be caught by cops...the movie severely underplays the hard work and talent needed to close deals like he did and made it feel like a drug addict living under a bridge could do what he did..

Con artists Aziz and McFarland are on-record Dem Party donors.
Who knew that a big lib like DiCaprio would be easy to fool.
