The SJW NPC's will likely win this issue - he might have been upset on the parking, but he damaged their property (kicking their car). Throwing the first punch after someone is wrecking your property probably has some legal tort issues that will resolve in the pussy-hats favor. He puched up the first aggressor quite a bit and then threw the second to the ground - his life was never in jeapordy - way too much on film here to refute any claim of self-defense.

That being said - 'tis true (comments above) that women are feeling empowered that they can do no wrong, and think that 'choice' and 'mob-rule' are the order of the day.
