AI robots run amuck. At a top robotics company in Japan on August 2017. 4 Robots being developed for military applications killed 29 humans in a lab. One of the robots, independently on its own, assembled something like a rifle, not something that was being requested, and then used it and shot 29 people. First ten minutes are exceptionally interesting.

My Grandfather (who I am named after) killed himself when I was born, due to this very issue.

Currently work in automation for the Oilfield and yes large groups are VERY actively working to begin removing manpower from the industry. These are high paying Low skilled jobs that won't come back...Ever.

Not working to much in AI to replace workers yet. Mainly just to help decision making.
