My video game idea - "Pile of Bricks"

So the other morning one of those commercials for FOE or the like came on TV. I noticed that the caveman on screen received a bundle from the sky. It was bricks. He tosses the bricks over his shoulder and, voila, a stone house is built.
That's when this idea hit me.
All of these games are similar in the fact that you build up an empire, or a city, or the like. You always start with the minimal resources of the time, and build up from there.

What about a game that begins now, with civilization built, and you try new and inventive ways to destroy it?

Of course what I'm going to say now will be considered racist and/or xenophobic, but...
You use the available crime rates and observations of what certain societal stresses, etc. have on the society that they move in to.

Say that you start with 1950's detroit-like city as an example. Then you could:

Have Democrats take over city government...

Have minority areas lose their jobs, and the area turns into ghetto...

Introduce drugs and gangs...

Have all of the remaining employed slowly move to the suburbs...

Infrastructure collapse...

Introduce an underclass of illegal aliens to further lower wages...

Introduce(or begin with) an ultra rich ruling class that implements policies to speed up the decay...

Build a liberal college in your city to spread brain-rot, protest moronic things, and anger normal people to the point of mass riots...

I could go on, but you guys get the idea...How long before your city burns to the ground???!! What fun!

I just want a 1% cut of the game profit for my brilliance
