When the head is out and the baby is breathing but the majority of the body is still inside the womb? When the entire body is out? There is true evil at work in New York State. I got out about 25 years ago and now am in one of the most conservative, low tax, 2nd amendment supporting, free states in the union. Filled up gas at $1.73 last week, how much is gas in NY? Tax, tax, tax, and murder, that's NY and it will stay that way. Good luck trying to change that shithole.
