Most the China Fentanyl gets here through Mexico these days...

its expensive however your dog or cat will eat a quarter of less of what they normally eat and shit way way way less since their bodies are absorbing and utilizing more of the food also all of the stuff that goes into the food is sourced inside the USA And the lamb comes from New Zealand but its only manufactured in the USA

This implies that animals other than food resource animals have been added to the formula. In fact, pentobarbitol is not a euthanizing material typically used for animals. It would be interesting to know the source for sure. This appears creepier than if taken at face value.

Of course it is. It has been known for some time that the rendering temps for meat, do not cause the substance in question to deteriorate in any manner. Sheesh, that was known in the early 90's. If you want a dog, or need a dog, you feed it what the Search and Rescue folks from Germany/Switzerland do. Unbleached tripe, organ meats, veg (the tripe is so the dog can use the digestive enzymes borrowed from the herbivore), and a simple grain. You can add whatever you like to it as long as it is not cheap kibble. Or if you are broke, the meaty raw bone diet works as well.

I used to make my dog's food with cheap white rice and big ole chub of cheap hamburger meat with some veggies and a little garlic thrown in. Then I'd break a fresh egg over it and stir it in. It really isn't that expensive to do. The biggest problem for me is refrigerator space for a giant pot of dog food.

Now they get all the left overs from deer, beef, goat and chicken butchering, rice, eggs, and raw goat milk as a top dressing. They're happy.

CHINA

Hormone free fryer chickens contain meat, bone and guts rather than downer cows, euthanized pets and pentobarbital. Toss in some chia seeds.

Sales rack beef is cheap, add some liver and a bone and call it good. Add a bit of Nori kelp for iodine.

Know some hunters or fishermen? Mix it up with some wild caught salmon, venison, antelope, duck, etc. Pups don't even complain about freezer burnt meat.

If you switch to raw, make sure you feed the right proportions per week. Muscle, bone, organs + iodine and omegas.

Nope, I worked down the road for awhile, from a rendering plant. They were rendering the various corpses to be sold as pet food. Cats, dogs, chicken feathers, unwanted offal etc. The rendering process does not exceed the temperatures needed to destroy pentobarbital. Period. Reeks terribly though. You can't blame everything on 'China'...It's also cheapskates here.
