No, I have not.
I have ran into people and few of them that were utilized to speak what was not known by them through them to me or others present where I was.
What they spoke was true while nothing that should have even been spoken about openly.
It was a way of intimidating others what ever it was that worked through them was not good at all.
The person it used to do it through was banished from public appearances after it happened.
People would have thought it was that person doing it and they did, while it was not.
That person never knew the ones it revealed so much on.

Then there are the ones who are not bad and you are never going to be able to confuse the good from bad.
You can feel them even though they cannot be seen and you can hear them when they speak through others.

Once after a serious car accident. The woman who helped me until EMS came was so comforting, I introduced myself and thanked her “Mrs...?”
She gave her first and last name. Then she said the police and firemen had it from here and walked away. Nothing unusual or supernatural.
Then,several months later I met someone in my smallish city with the same uncommon last name. I asked if they were related to the lady who helped me. They said yes,but it wasn’t possible as she had been dead for 10 years. I didn’t push it, because they looked upset. So I apologized and said I must have been mistaken,etc. But I know I was not. Certain details of the night are still crystal clear.

The second was when I was volunteering at a soup kitchen. I had been volunteering for several weeks and had gotten to know most of the regulars by name. One afternoon a giant of a man walked in. He towered over everyone and he was impossible for me not to look at. He had the strangest clothing. Everyone else was carrying on normally. I really wanted him to come through the serving line so that I could say hello. But he just stood quietly and slowly scanned the room. As if he was checking to see that everything was in place/as it should be. Like he was taking a mental inventory to report to someone on what we were up to. He very serenely turned and walked across the room. It was all otherworldly. I said “Sir? May I get you a plate of food to go? We can wrap it..”. But he didn’t seem to hear me and just glided past.

I have seen a person who died six weeks before manifest in a human body. They spoke telepathically. I think it is very hard for them to do this. They generally have something to say. In this case the being told me that it was just like the Bible says. We get a perfect body. I don’t know why I was chosen and I don’t know why that message. But it happened in a hospital hallway and I ran to the gift shop afterwards to report it to an older friend of mine.

So yes. I do believe angels appear and some are the dead who appear to us for a purpose.

This fear of anything leading to unification and your planet’s glorification of All That Separates produces division, disharmony, discord—yet you do not seem to have the ability even to learn from your own experience, and so you continue your behaviors, with the same results. The inability to experience the suffering of another as one’s own is what allows such suffering to continue.

Separation breeds indifference, false superiority. Unity produces compassion, genuine equality.

The events which occur on your planet—which have occurred regularly for 3,000 years—are, as I’ve said, a reflection of the Collective Consciousness of “your group” — the whole group on your planet.
