The way I see it, declaring a National Emergency means he failed to craft a deal. He already had two years to get this wall deal done, but didn't.

Look at this fucking bill he signed (or will sign), and explain to me how he's a master at dealmaking? Democrats got the long end of this deal by far, and he could have just let the fucking government shutdown again. But no, now he's off to spend a long weekend golfing and blabbing about fucking China.
