I've used open air portable urinals like that but not tall, at festivals, but they were in a more suitable place and only men hanging around there. But on a London street, that is just disgusting. And if you piss on the street anyway you would be arrested. I just cannot believe how gross this is, i would feel gross exposing myself on a London street taking a piss. For fuck sake build 4 walls and a roof over it, like a traditional brick shit house.

Women should definitely have open air urinals though. i would love to stand and watch the hotties pee.
