if the METoo movement was bad.... the epsteien pedo movement is gonna be waaaaaaaaaaayyyyy worse

famous men mistreating women is one thing

famous men being pedos....... clinton, trump, dershowitz, prince andrew, the list goes on and on

it crosses both political aisles

heads are gonna roll

why would you say Trump? Trump's only involvement was that he gave evidence against epstein.

He also called out epstein the entire time he was running for presidency saying the clintons have big problems with Epstein.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75078967

unfortunately, that is not true.

So what?

There are photos of Trump and Epstein.

There are documented depositions of people testifying to seeing Trump at Epstein properties, not sure which one, not the island.

So what?

And let's not forget Trump was a supporter of the Clintons for years.

So what?

He donated to both Hillary and Bill

And he invited them to his wedding and they showed.

So what?

And when asked after he won if he was going to assign a special prosecutotr he flipped and said" I don't want to hurt them, they are good people"

So what? He was being illegally spied upon and fighting a coup. He offered an olive branch to his enemies. Which they unfortunately didn't take because they thought Trump would never be inaugurated.

Before Trump ran for president he was a democrat. he even admitted he ran as a republican because he knew the democratic base would not vote for him.

So what?

So unfortunately, Trump has made some bad associations with some bad people like the Clintons and Epstein and it is coming out in the media now with this arrest.

Horse shit. He was witness for the prosecution against Epstein, and publicly told Clinton he'd put her in jail.

You got shit, but your own speculations, Sparky.

if it turned out there was hard evidence of trump having some sort of sexual liason with any of Epsein's girls

don't you think that is a serious problem?

it seems highly probable Bill Clinton has had sexual liasons with Epstein's girls, so if the same came out about trump, shouldn't that be something the law deals with?

the MSM and the dems definitely have had it out for Trump, but let's say, hypothetically, Trump did use Epstein's call girl services, same as Bill Clinton, should he not be held responsible??

I get te sense that they are throwing one of there own to be sacrificed. Even if they convicte him, what has he been up to since his release? I also think they are on only one side of the equation. How did he cut such a sweet heart deal? I think it has to do with his connections to to financial crisis of 2008. That is another rabbit hole that no one wants to go down.

Yes, but the problem now is there have been so many smear campaigns against Trump its difficult to discern the truth.

The Liberals and the Liberal media have turned into "The Boy who cried Wolf"

At this point in time none of Trump's base would believe the allegations. Also Epstein got the deal of the century in his first Arrest, I think he would be willing to say anything to get an another plea deal like that one.

it is not my speculation that Trump has had a long history with Epstein since the 80s

that is well documented and even Trump himself has expressed and spoken on the record about knowing Epstein and enjoying hanging out with him, and there are photos of the two socializing together at different events

So Trump being friends with Epstein is not speculation, it is demonstrable fact, demonstrated by Trump's own admission and physical photos.

Maybe they were just friends and business associates, Epstein seemed to like hanging out with all kinds of people, scientists and psychologists, people he funded because he liked their ideas and wanted to fund their research.

Maybe that was the same reason why Trump and Epstein were friends.

Who knows

But you cannot deny or discard the factual truth that Trump has known Epstein since the 80s, said he likes him and likes hanging out with him, and has been to events and parties with Epstein and been at Epstein's properties (again not the island)

It is no different with Bill Clinton, you cannot discard or deny that Bill Clinton has a long history / friendship with Epstein, same as Trump.

I love this picture!
Wasn’t Epstein used to do Bill Clinton’s “Risk Assessment Program” , where many were drugged and posed for compromising film and pictures and then later blackmailed to do political stuff to keep everyone in line. I heard somewhere even Hilary was taking folks out to the island. Later replace with another compromise group. I bet a lot of good people’s careers were ruined. I have often thought that is why Congress couldn’t get much done.
Then we had the Awan Brothers spy ring affecting the Democrats with all those blackberries...and other more sophisticated programs and stealing American weapons, plans and technology to ......Pakistan. Isn’t that why they have Wackenhut Pakistan GRU Security around all those wonderful
Government buildings..
If American tax dollars were used for compromise programs and using teens and children, shouldn’t those who OK’d funding of those programs?
What a wonderful net they weave that now can look at the full scope of the
Program. So was Epstein paid directly by Clinton? Is that why Muellar let him off, was he a CIA type? Were there payments to be traced?

WOW!

Scrump, this article is absolutely stunning!

I think this arrest is bigger than we can even imagine right now! In addition to the human trafficking, child abuse and torture, this guy was into all kinds of things... physics, scientific theories and experiments (specifically neuroscience and human behavior), market and currency manipulation, etc.

He "collected" scientists and politicians.

From the article:

"In 1982, according to those who know Epstein, he set up his own shop, J. Epstein and Co., which remains his core business today. The premise behind it was simple: Epstein would manage the individual and family fortunes of clients with $1 billion or more. Which is where the mystery deepens. Because according to the lore, Epstein, in 1982, immediately began collecting clients.

From the get-go, his business was successful. But the conditions for investing with Epstein were steep: He would take total control of the billion dollars, charge a flat fee, and assume power of attorney to do whatever he thought was necessary to advance his client’s financial cause."

I think this guy is the key to a lot of things and a lot of people!

Agreed.

The liberal media has been so desperate to nail Trump, they have made themselves look extremely foolish and prove they are poor journalists willing to run any story and even make up stories in an attempt to slander and take down Trump.

Obviously Trump's base would not believe the accusations.

But it cannot be denied that Trump has known and associated with Epstein since the late 80s.

Just like it cannot be denied the long association Clinton has had with Epstein.

To deny the history of Trump with Epstein is to deny Trump's own words and the photos of Trump and Epstein, and the sworn testimony under oath of people who have put Trump and Epstein together at different times over the years.

Liberals refuse to hold their own politicians accountable for their crimes and think their politicians are these sacred cow saints who can do no wrong.

Conservatives are far more realistic and willing to call a spade a spade and hold their own accountable, especially when abuse towards children is involved.

What I find fascinating about the Epstein stuff is the LEVEL of society he was dealing with - the very creme de la creme of royalty, billionaires, socialites, old families, controllers like Rothschilds, business people, movie stars, top media people, prime ministers, princes.....

Even after his arrest and conviction people like George Stephanopoulos and Katie Couric were going to his dinners, and I'm sure most of the people in this old black book were still going - and new people too, as we don't know what he's been up to in the PAST TEN YEARS.

This truly shows the absolute corruption of our upper or ruling class - the big money, the "nobility", the "leaders" as I would SPIT on Jeffrey Epstein if I ever met him in person. And these degenerates are eating at his table.

True. Criminals facing serious jail time will sing like canaries if they think they can get a lesser sentence. And happily thrust the blame onto someone else.

But if Epstein was just throwing them a bone and names Trump, Epstein would need to provide some proof other then just naming Trump. Just saying "yes trump was one of my clients" I do not believe is enough to pursue anything. The feds would need something to support that claim.

The liberal media would have a field day if that was all Epstein did, name Trump, but that is not enough to prove anything. So if Epstein sings and names Trump, he would have to provide some other proof of his claim.

Otherwise it is just the word of a known sex trafficking pedo looking to get a shorter sentence

Is it all that shocking though?

People are the same. Give them money and power and they abuse it.

Give them the class status to get away with crimes and they abuse it.

Why are so many powerful men always involved in sex scandals, from Tiger Woods to Harvey Weinstein to Bill Cosby: they are men with dicks who like women. Like most straight men

Only they are in positions of power and have beautiful women around them all the time.

They take advantage of their power and their money to get laid.

Same thing most men do. They use whatever they have to get some ass. And when they are in positions of power and get way better and way more opportunities for ass they could normally never get, they abuse it.

Is this the next dem move to impeach trump?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73874903

if it turned out there was hard evidence of trump having some sort of sexual liason with any of Epsein's girls

don't you think that is a serious problem?

it seems highly probable Bill Clinton has had sexual liasons with Epstein's girls, so if the same came out about trump, shouldn't that be something the law deals with?

the MSM and the dems definitely have had it out for Trump, but let's say, hypothetically, Trump did use Epstein's call girl services, same as Bill Clinton, should he not be held responsible??

at some point partisan loyalty has to lose out to protecting kids right??
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74999843

Yes, but the problem now is there have been so many smear campaigns against Trump its difficult to discern the truth.

The Liberals and the Liberal media have turned into "The Boy who cried Wolf"

At this point in time none of Trump's base would believe the allegations. Also Epstein got the deal of the century in his first Arrest, I think he would be willing to say anything to get an another plea deal like that one.

Yes, this.

The deep state are desperate. Everything they've attempted has failed. Mueller was their fix-it man for decades, he's gone now, the swamp is virtually drained and no one believes MSM anymore.

I think so
 Quoting: ElleMira

It's being proven right now. Though not stated in those terms, a large portion of the 'network' is in deep shit. Let's be clear, Mr. Trump is not clean. He is not pure. He has been involved at some level with all of them. But, he is being protected to bring it all down - or at least a large portion of it all down. If it takes down the entire USA, so be it - the USA has been a rotting shithole inside and out for a very long time. Just do not be blind in following a trigger - as he will answer for his own degeneracy as well at some point. Just enjoy the show.

AC, read the posts above - the deep state is still at work. Trump knows these corrupt individuals, even cooperated against Epstein in 2009. Deep state is afraid of Trump winning in 2020 and are desperate.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74999843

Epstein would be asked why he didn't name Trump as a client ten years ago when Trump was a witness for the prosecution against him.

Trump is taking down Epstein and powerful connected people. He couldn't, if he wasn't squeaky clean.

The island thing is blown way out of proportion via a source I trust a lot of the sick shit happened in New York and the island stuff is mostly to throw people off.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77744338

I think most of the stuff happened on Epstein's plane.

It's like being out to sea in international waters.

Only you are in the sky and no one can see you.

An island drones and helicopters can fly over.

Unless there are cameras in a plane (which I bet Epstein had in his plane unbeknownst to his clients) no one can see what goes on inside a private jet 20 - 30,000 feet in the sky.

And we have all seen photos of tricked out wealthy private jets that are basically flying hotel rooms. It is not all rows of seats like commericial jets, there are beds and full showers and couches.

I believe this is why Clinton relieved his Secret Service detail when he would fly on Epstein's plane. And I bet the plane just flew around in the sky for an hour or two with no real destination, other then to just be up in the sky away from the eyes of the world.

Epsein's way of getting discreet sexual opportunities for the world's wealthy elite, was to have a flying brothel in the sky.

Of course they are - Trump may be a trigger, but that doesn't stop them from trying to go after him as the longer he's in place, the longer the 'full exposure' accelerates! Just look at their boy Barr recusing himself. What does that tell us? Just like when Sessions recused himself. Trump is going to be viciously attacked in ways that will make the Russian collusion thing look like a little playground spat. Again, Trump isn't 'clean' - but his purpose vis a vis the system is clear. Bring it all into the open - and it collapses.

Squeaky clean doesn't exist. Trump is not some pure god but a tool who is as dirty as all the rest in his own ways. That he is also a vehicle for many to be taken down doesn't disprove that fact. In fact, if he was part of a 'higher team' of operatives taking people down, then they certainly aren't going to put a 'clean guy' in the midst of vile predators. That's not how it works. Informants and 'deep cover' work involved the deploying of people of the same 'type' and nature - for purposes other than what the informants usually surmise. If Trump knew what he was actually doing - he wouldn't be where he is now.
