Ever had a momentary lapse of reason? Pleading temporary insanity would hold up easily in this case. I dont care what skin color the father is, I would find him not guilty even if he chased the perp 10 miles after abandoning the stolen car.

I would have done the same thing as this father did except one thing.... the cops would have had to drag me off the mofo if he wasn't already dead by the time they arrived.

When my son was 2, his mothers uncle slapped my boy hard enough to knock him down on the concrete. He got his face busted in with a shovel. Thankfully the neighbor across the street caught it all on his security system & I didn't get charged. Fucker spent weeks in ICU, left the state with a quickness when he was released.

Thats not a crime. We should live in a country where that can be done. Maybe if enough justice was dealt immediately like this, we would live in that country.

I live just North of Reading, Pa, last weekend my Fiance and I went to the grocery store and it was very hot outside... Low and behold, as I'm finishing my cigarette and about to get out of the truck, a lady parked in front of gets out of her car and leaves her two kids (can't be any older than 5 and 10) in back WITH THE WINDOWS UP AND NO AC. I said to myself "you gotta be fucking kidding me" and told my Fiance we weren't leaving until she came back out (thinking she would be ~5 minutes). 10 minutes goes by and finally the one kid opens the back door to get some air, I tell my Fiance we're still not leaving (we may live in a small town BUT THERE ARE WEIRDOS EVERYWHERE), she finally comes back out after about 20 MINUTES... My Fiance ripped her a new asshole.

I should have stopped her before she even walked in... DONT LEAVE YOUR KIDS UNATTENDED IN THE CAR!

I agree. If it was take out- might have just been a counter not far from the door. They were aware enough they realized what was happening fast enough to try to chase him down.

When I was a kid, very long ago, nobody thought about stuff like this happening- moms always left the kids in the car while they ran into a store if it was a quick trip or somewhere to make an appt. or talk to someone for a minute. Was no big deal.
