The guy in this video is completely full of shit.

He first says that he received this information 2nd hand from a friend who has a brother on the police department. Later he says the sergeant told him directly.

Sounds to me that his friend put him in contact with his brother, the Sergeant in the El Paso police department. This guy does have a social media platform and it does seem plausible that he would want to interview this Sergeant (he even stated he's going to beg the police officer to go on video for the interview).

At this point it's uncle intel but we'll have to wait and see what this guy produces. Anyone who claims to have inside information at this point should be checked out & filed away for later. If this guy gets suicided or dies from a mysterious accident, then it would seem he really did have the goods and was silenced.
