I've read it, back in 1993. Yes, it's excellent and covers compelling unorthodox history and esoteric/hidden science. Anyone who likes Graham Hancock, Erich Von Daniken, Zechariah Sitchen, William Bramley, Michael Cremo and David Hatcher Childress will totally dig this book. It's got a great bibliography for going further down rabbit holes.

"They" would like most people to believe the techniques are nonsense, unworkable, or ineffective. (Cover Story)

Operation Mind Control. by Walter Bowart. Walter Bowart's seminal work on covert programs under the umbrella of MKULTRA.

Published in 1994, so you can imagine how much further this arena of research has advance in the past 25 years with computers, and brain-scanning technology etc.
