No, well that will let some out, but less than 1/4.

If you can't get to the petcock (chuckle) you can loosen a lower hose clamp an are fully wiggle a small screwdriver in between the hose and the fitting and let it leak.

we are going to pull the plug on the radiator tomorrow. my car did not heat up enough to push any out tonight like that i guess it was a good enough idea to try but since it is soooo dark an really i would have to drive to las vegas at 100 miles an hour to get any pressure from heating the radiator. anyhow i have help now from a guy way nicer then my anal retentive neighbor. i will keep you posted here

My neighbors all around me shoot guns a lot. Yesterday sounded like I was at a firing range. Shot guns, pistols, and someone was fucking with a fast trigger on an ar15. Sounded almost like automatic fire.
