a while back I went to a guitar site to check on the lyrics of this song

because with my crappy hearing´- I thought some of the lyrics were

life would be ecstacy , you and me and Leslie

and I wondered WHY would there be a third person?

of course the lyrics were...

the song was titled CRUISIN, and had CRUISIN in the lyrics

For me this one was always Groovin. I am not saying it was not Crusin for opee. But for me this one was always groovin.

and

Groovin’ on a Sunday afternoon...

I am very familiar with many of the Mandela changes, but this is not one of them, friend.

the first being the group - The Rascals or The Young Rascals - the name is in flux , with no concrete change point or reason

the second is the lyrics - depending on the site - the second verse now frequently begins with

MOVIN' - down a crowded avenue which is neither cruisin or grooving

the third is the song title of course

It was definitely "cruisin'" on my past timelines.

As always, I can feel myself/my mind trying to assimilate the change, but it never quite does with a lot of these Mandela Effects.

I guess some of us aren't supposed to.
