Salvaging America and the Globe . . . The NuCUlar Option!!

Folks, we've arrived at a time when we seriously have to be concerned about what the most viable option for this country is given all the givens. The main givens are that this planet is governed by a large assortment of global mafias and factions with competing agendas. The ultimate power may be nonhuman(vampiric with an AI component to boot). The strategy of TPTB has been to divide and conquer and the response from my perspective has to be "fight fire with fire" although in this case I would like to modify it a bit by saying "Divide and Mitigate". The US, Russia and China are too big to be effectively governed given all the factional infighting. As such, I believe the most viable option is to create AUTONOMOUS REGIONAL GOVERNMENT. This will give the various factions much needed breathing room and greatly reduce the chances of ongoing global violence and war. This can be achieved via a National Constitutional Convention. A strong Convention movement is now on the scene and although its aims are modest, I think it needs to think in BIGGER terms in view of the serious issues which now face not only our country, but the world as a whole.
