the gun is only the receiver. not the barrel, not a shroud, not a mag. straw purchases do not apply. You dont fill out paper work for those things. Not sure on body armor laws, however.

He told them he lied on the forms because otherwise he couldn't buy the crap. He's literally screwed. So stupid it hurts. There ya go. The dumbass admitted to it on his own. None of the other shit was a crime, even the drum mag. Maybe it's banned in Ohio, but the ATF only enforces fed gun laws, not state gun laws.
