Grand jury hearings are secret. It's not supposed to be released. There may not be a "link."

It very well could be happening though. There isn't 112,000 sealed indictments sitting in PACER right now for nothing.

They aren't alleged indictments (although you could call them "alleged" crimes.) The grand juries have issued indictments, and they are sitting there waiting to be executed.

Unfortunately, they won't be unsealed until immediately before LE action is taken, so there's no access to the information. It's difficult to answer your question while they're still sealed.
