Its simple,trump orders the post office to hand over addresses of the rich.then the military transport one homeless to each mansion.including gov oficisls and orders them to financially support the person.if they refuse.to jail the wealthy go.only zakk is allowed to stay homeless.

We had a situation where I live, a homeless camp in a major park. Bitched and whined that not enough was being done for them.
Local homeless shelter took as many as they could but kept having to kick them out for drugs, drinking and violence.
Even the ones that got to stay trashed the place.
Soon as the handouts stopped, lots of places donated camping gear and food and clothing, and the government cracked down a little bit they were off to the next con.

Anyone that actually wanted help and tried got jobs and living arrangements set up by the church/homeless shelter.

This is an unfocused army waiting for marching orders. Somebody is going to give them an "enemy" and most of them would probably fight to the death against it.

Its probably up to the rest of us to figure out "which enemy"
