Russian units donning warpaint spotted concurrently in Rostov region (Southern Military District), Moscow area (Western Military District) and Crimea (Black Sea Fleet).

I'd say this is pretty unusual.

The OP needs to understand that Putin works for the bankers as does Trump and all members of congress and ever major politician because they are being blackmailed or bribed.
